For data that are not available through public reports, PSS maintains a Data Request process that facilitates the release of data while ensuring compliance with local and federal data privacy and security laws including, but not limited to: the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1984 (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1232g; 34 CFR Part 99); and the policy on Student Records (BOE Admin Code § 60-20-424).
